Spent our New Year's Eve in this hotel. Absolutely beautiful interiors with amazing attention to details. Loved the rustic feel mixed with modern amenities. Incredible location near to a popular market and the famous Durbar Square. the lobby was perfect for people watching from the glass window, at fois gras, and drinking Darjeeling tea. the staff was super attentive, helpful, and created a welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast spread was fantastic with lip-smacking delicacies. the room had a comfortable bed, natural light and was very spacious, perfect for relaxing at night after sightseeing.

The loud barking of street dogs early in the morning that disturbed our sleep. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's something important to consider for light sleepers.
